  • Mounting and Soldering Specifications: During SMT mounting, the built-in positioning pillar of the product must be accurately aligned with the positioning hole on the PCB to avoid mounting offset and pad misalignment. The peak temperature of reflow soldering must be strictly controlled within the range of 260℃±5℃, and the high-temperature residence time must not exceed industry standards, to prevent thermal deformation of the LCP housing and oxidation damage of the metal plating.

  • PCB Layout and Adaptation Requirements: The PCB pad size and positioning hole position must be designed in strict accordance with the product drawing, and sufficient mounting space must be reserved to avoid physical interference between the product and surrounding electronic components. It is recommended that the PCB layout tolerance be controlled within ±0.05mm to ensure the mounting yield.

  • Mating and Usage Specifications: When mating the product, the male plug and female socket must be horizontally aligned with uniform force. Violent mating, oblique mating, and shaking mating are prohibited, to prevent terminal deformation, shell cracking, and positioning pillar fracture, which may affect the electrical performance and service life of the product.

  • Environmental and Storage Requirements: The product must be stored in a dry, dust-free environment without corrosive gases, with the storage temperature controlled at 5℃~35℃ and relative humidity ≤75%. Avoid long-term exposure to high temperature, high humidity, acid-base corrosion environments, to prevent oxidation of the metal plating and aging of the housing. The product should be used as soon as possible after opening, to avoid long-term exposed storage.

  • Adaptation and Selection Specifications: This product can only be used with standard TYPE-C 16PIN male plugs. Mating with non-standard, custom-made, damaged or deformed male plugs is prohibited, to prevent damage to the internal structure of the interface, poor contact, short circuit and other problems.

  • Transportation and Turnover Specifications: During product transportation and production turnover, the original packaging must be kept intact. Severe impact, extrusion, and dropping of the tape and reel are prohibited, to prevent carrier tape deformation, product falling off, and pin bending. After the tape is opened, avoid pulling or bending the carrier tape, to prevent abnormal peeling force from affecting automatic feeding.
