  • High Current Usage Rule: This product supports 15A high current. Use sufficient wire gauge and large PCB copper area for good heat dissipation. Do not overload for long periods to avoid insulation aging caused by excessive temperature rise.

  • SMT Reflow Soldering Rule: Strictly control reflow peak temperature within 260℃±5℃, high temperature residence time not exceeding 10 seconds to prevent LCP blistering, melting, discoloration or dimension deformation.

  • 4-Pin Installation Rule: Ensure all four pins are fully inserted into PCB holes and tightly attached to pads during mounting. Avoid offset, bent pins or cold soldering to ensure welding strength and mechanical reliability.

  • Mating Operation Rule: Keep male and female connectors horizontally aligned and apply force evenly along the axial direction. Do not insert violently, obliquely or twist sideways to prevent terminal deformation, loose shell or poor contact.

  • Salt Spray Test Note: Plating damage at process bending areas and post-plating cutting areas is not considered as salt spray test failure. Normal use areas must pass 24-hour salt spray test.

  • PCB Design Rule: Follow recommended PCB layout for pads and holes, control tolerance within ±0.05mm, reserve enough installation and mating space to avoid interference with surrounding components.

  • Tape Feeding Rule: Control top tape peel force within 0.1~1.3N during automatic feeding. Avoid excessive peel force causing component drop or pin bending. Do not use the 20 empty pockets at both ends of carrier tape.

  • Storage & Transportation Rule: Store products in dry, dust-free and non-corrosive environment, avoid long-term exposure to high temperature and humidity. Prevent dropping, extrusion or heavy pressure during transportation to avoid pin deformation and structure damage.
