  • Sink Mounting Rule: PCB cutout must strictly match 1.7mm sink depth to ensure full recess and flush surface. Avoid oversized cutout causing looseness or undersized cutout causing interference, to guarantee mounting flatness and soldering reliability.

  • Screw Fastening Rule: Use properly sized screws if reinforcement is needed. Control tightening torque. Do not over-tighten to prevent shell cracking, thread stripping or internal terminal displacement.

  • SMT Mounting Rule: Ensure all 4 through-hole pins are fully inserted into PCB holes. Keep the product vertically aligned to avoid offset, bent pins or cold solder joints, and guarantee multi-point soldering strength and mechanical reliability.
